They sure do. Just another instance where the alleged Justice Dept has attacked a citizen, no matter what we think of him, for something he did not do. What lies did they tell a Grand Jury to indict Edwards and who are they going after next? You?

This smells like a law suit coming against the Gov under Federal Torts Claims Act that will end up costing the US Taxpayers another $10 million on top of the $10 million the Gov spent on the Witch Hunt.

The Gov should take this much time investigating the GSA, EPA and the Secret Service just in 2012.
