Aide could face charge in Edwards sex tape case

A prosecutor will decide whether an ex-aide to John Edwards will face contempt charges related to a court fight over a video that purported to show the ex-presidential candidate having sex with his then-mistress. A North Carolina judge has appointed the prosecutor to consider criminal charges against Andrew Young, his wife and two of their lawyers.

How about dropping this already. Mr. Edwards has
paid an enormous price, emotionally and financially, for whatever he did. I, as a
taxpayer, have also paid a huge price for whatever he did, and am sick of all this time being spent on this. And it ain't a crime to play with a cute chick, is it? I hope that he sets up junior
with a proper education, etc.
