Five counts against former Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards that a jury couldn't decide on in his campaign finance trial were dismissed Wednesday at the request of federal prosecutors.

CEO Dimon has done nothing inherently wrong. He found out about the deal, and has gone about shutting it down, and is in process of rooting out the problems. As he put it, some people are going to see a reduction in pay.
