Has anyone read the story regarding Barack Obama and how he's going to have to say goodbye to his Blackberry soon? It makes me chuckle, but because of the Presidential Records act, apparently they do not use e-mail or anything electronic to communicate. They said Barack Obama is considering using a laptop in the oval office, which would make him the first president to do so. I just thought this was particularly funny considering how many people tried to make an issue of the fact that John McCain infrequently uses the computer, and that because of his war injuried couldn't type very well. Or the assertion by some that he doesn't know how to email (which turned out to be untrue). It became an issue, which is hysterical to me now, seeing how President's don't even use email or computers! Just goes to show how deep people will dig during a campaign, and the media will exploit it- I mean seriously, is the first time that the press became aware that Presidents don't use email? I highly doubt it. But I guess their memory can get conveniently fuzzy!
