What a truly inspiring story. I wished that more people could be an inspiration to our youth in El Paso, we need more positive role models instead of deadbeat parents with weird names for their children and tattoos all over their bodies.

I use to watch him sing in El Paso in the sixties and predicted he would become famous. He was quite the singer and entertainer. He reminded me of Sinatra in his style and voice. I was very disappointed to hear he got in trouble and went to prison. I am glad he put that behind him and is back singing. I wish I could be in El Paso to hear him sing. I moved away 41 years ago and have wondered what became of him. Happy to hear he is back singing.
