I'm talking about story one, where a Georgia woman heard an intruder, hid in a closet with her twin children, and when the intruder opened the closet door, she shot him seven times with a revolver, and not only did he live, he was still conscious when police arrived. All she had was seven bullets. Good thing the guy didn't break into her home with two other friends.
The video of the Ohio troopers who were shot at close range and returned fire. Both criminals missed the troopers and both troopers missed the criminals in the multiple fire exchange. Imagine if the troopers had limited magazines.
The video I posted of how quickly a magazine can be exchanged and shooter continue firing.
That's what I'm talking about.
Everything these clueless antigunners know about actual firearms operations they learned from watching Hollywood fiction.

Anyone can find a poll to sqawk whatever.....

Proof is, the nice lil burb of Xenia ohio has maybe 22, 000 people.... They show they have 52 VIOLENT crimes there per year.

The nice lil burb of Kennesaw GA has a gun law requiring every head of household to own a firearm and with ammo. Kennesaw has 33, 000 people and only has 22 violent crimes per year.

Wyyyyyyyy HOW COULD THAT BE? Why doesnt the national media every report this kind of thing? It must be a lie if you dont like to hear it right????

I know that. I have a revolver and a semi-automatic. The point of the story is that she had limited ammunition, and had there been several attackers, she and her children might not be alive today which furthers my other point of why people need high capacity magazines.

Yes, high capacity magazines can be used to hunt down multiple people, but they can also be a lifesaver when defending yourself from multiple attackers.

Okay, then let's have age requirements for swimming. Every single summer, kids get into the lake or in a swimming pool and drown. This summer will be no different. I'm not talking one child, but several each season. Those dozens of children would be alive today if it was illegal for children to be in large areas of water where they could swim.

Now, I only read of the drowning stories in my area. I'm sure there are even dozens more in other areas as well. No swimming for those under the age of 18, and forget about trampling on everybody else's Constitutional rights.

If your main concern is about keeping children alive and safe, then you will agree with me on this. If not, then it's obvious you are using children to promote your anti-gun agenda.

As for myself being an experienced and licensed shooter, I know fully well that magazine size and weapon type won't save any lives. That's why I'm against it.

That and listening to their lying left-wing politicians. The larger the government--the smaller the citizen. This isn't really about guns or ammo, it's about taking choices away from the people. Democrats don't like choices--they never have. Choice means freedom, and freedom means less control over the people.

It's the lefts inherent rebellion against authority that compels them to call for so many laws, after all, who perpetrates violent demonstrations and schoolyard massacres? Sounds crazy, but in their fevered minds they 'know' everyone thinks as they do, so forcing someone to do 'the right thing' is the only way they'll do it.

Finally. The Court refuses to hear any more b s about Illinois's conceal carry law. They have until June to let us carry concealed. Then watch the black gangbangers sit up, and take notice. Crime goes down when the little thieves don't know who might have a loaded gun to defend themselves with against creiminals.

That all depends on how hard they make it to get a gun license. It also depends on how the police feel about CCW's.

Here in Ohio, not all cops liked the idea of armed citizens. They took the law personally and exercised any and all avenues to harass and arrest people who were legally armed. Here is an example of a Canton, Ohio police officer hassling, threatening and arresting a licensed armed citizen:

Since this video went viral, the cop was rightfully removed from his job and the organization Ohioans for Concealed Carry got involved. The next push is to remove the law that states you have to alert an officer if you are legally armed. Police realize that crossing gun owners has ramifications. This incident is responsible for the proposal that we remove police notification.

Ohio has only had CCW's for a couple of years, and already, over 310,000 Ohioans have CCW's. It took politicians by surprise, so they constantly push for more liberal laws in regards to carrying firearms.

So even though the courts forced CCW's in your state, it may take some time before you can comfortably carry a firearm with no problems from authorities. It's up to the citizens of your state to constantly put pressure on politicians for less and less restrictions on CCW's. Ohio politicians know where their bread is buttered, so most of them are on our side now. Good luck.
