Biden said earlier that it wouldn't stop anything, yet he still pushing it.
The gunshow loophole? Transactions between private sellers do not require a background check, FFL holders must do background checks, even at gun shows.

Yep, the "Line Item Veto" was the only good idea I ever heard come out of W. I wonder who wrote it for him and notice it went the way of politicians revealing their wealth and stock holdings. Obama refferred once to not realizing how much politics is played with getting some things passed. Each side wants money for their friends businesses and those "extra lines" are how the money comes out of the Treasury. Vote for mine, and I'll vote for yours, Quid Pro Co. And when it comes time to get elected they claim they will help to "Clean this up". Vote for me and I'll set you free!!! It's really not that confusing.
