Yeah, it would seem that way, although comparing regular folks to the Spears clan is kind of an insult to regular folks. Not many families I know include a wacked-out chick who shaves her head, abuses drugs, and endangers her child while her sister gets knocked up at 16. That kind of family would be considered the neighborhood trash.
