I'm surprised the reviewer didn't like On Broadway. I thought that sounded great.
"guitarist Mike Landau enlivened "Mexico" with languid solos that shimmered like sunlight on a gently rippling tide pool". Agreed - Landau rules. Great show, nice review... |

Nice performance overall, and the mood and atmosphere of the venue was more party than concert. I was a bit dissapointed that James opted out of his signature Fire and Rain. I've seen him before in concert with his Legends band, and while the covers were pleasant, I wishe he'd done more of his original work. But overall, it was a beautiful evening, and pleasant experience. I'd go and see them again in a heartbeat!
