Some may be "turned off" by Carter's music, but some are wild about it, and some will be traveling to Tanglewood this month for no other reason than to hear it, despite the price of gasoline. I'll be driving up from Philadelphia, and I know another guy who will be coming in from California. Modern music may lose some subsrcibers close by, but it gains others from far away.
