I am a great fan of Barbra and managed to see her last time she was in England at Wembley. It was a dream come true, I am so excited about another tour. She is the best female singer of all time, with that talent she needs to give her fans one last concert. She was lucky enough to be given such an amazing voice, I hope she can share it with us once more. I love her.

BARBRA IS ONE OF THE FEW "VOICES" THAT HAS REMAINED A CONSTANT IN MY LIFE SINCE I FIRST WAS GIVEN THE GIFT OF HER VOICE IN ALBUM FORM BY MY FATHER IN 1969.

SHE IS A WORLD TREASURE AND HAS TOUCHED MY LIFE AND THE LIVES OF OTHERS IN POSITIVE WAYS FOR A VERY, VERY LONG TIME. I CANNOT SAY THAT ABOUT TOO MANY OTHER THINGS IN THIS LIFE.

SAVE THE NEGATIVITY! IT IS UNWARRANTED. I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH THE EMOTIONAL IMPACT SHE HAS HAD ON ME. I AM THANKFUL TO HAVE HEARD HER IN MY LIFETIME.

Soak it up Soak it up.....just feel yourselves bowing to another human and damning yourselves to hell. How bout spending some money on poor kids instead of some arrogant money lover who only needs it to pay for that Malibu mansion of hers.

I was 16 when I first experienced Barbra's unique voice. She and her music have stayed with me all these years. Yes, I listen and enjoy others, but none will ever match her. For all those lucky, lucky people in America let's hope the true fans can afford to make it to her concert. I have a feeling that after the US tour she will announce a tour of Europe. Who knows, let's live in hope. I will go into debt to pay for a ticket just to hear her perform one more time. In 94 I was overcome with emotion when I saw my idol of all those years walk on to the stage at Wembley. Emma, it's nice to know that youngsters like you can appreciate a truly amazing voice. Keep buying her records, and keep watching out for a may be European tour. The tickets will go like gold dust.

Hey Maureen,
It would be a dream come true to see her in concert but at the price the tickets are, I can't afford to make the trip to the US to see her. Why won't she come to the UK again? C'mon Barbra we love you and want to see you here again.

Hi Joany
Rumour has it she is coming to London December/January. They are saying that her agent was over here this week, how true this is I don't know. Keep watching this and other sites for information, as soon as there is a release date tickets will go. Those fans from Europe would rather come to London than the US, that's why I think she will be here. 40 yrs ago she appeared in "Funny Girl" at the West End London, which helped to make her an International Star. What ever critics write about her, one thing is sure, she appreciates her true fans. If she can once again over-come her stage fright(which stopped her performing live for many years)I'm sure she will answer our prayers.

Hi There
I have jsut been reading all the good comments about Barbra so I thought I would just share with you my experiences too.
The first time I saw Barbra was when I had the chance to go to the Royal Premiere of the Prince of Tides in London. To actually be in the presence of the lady who Id idolised for such a long time was truly memorable. The added bonus was the fact that Princess Diana was there sitting next to Barbra only 4 rows back from me. You had to be there to understand my once in a life time experience.
The next time was at Wembley with so many others - another remarkable event that will stay with me forever. Moving on to the forthcoming event, I am going to see her in Washington DC ( the day before my birthday which is a treat for myself!!)
If the rumours are true then I will be where ever she performs in the UK - heres hoping!!!
Regards
Jason

Really? We're not DAMNING OURSELVES - we're fans! So, Babs is ARROGANT? Do YOU know her PERSONALLY? Sounds like a disgruntled Republican who hates Babs for her speaking out on the Bush adminstration and their BLUNDERING day after day after day after day.....well, you get the picture.
I hardly think Babs needs the money - do you EVER KNOW exactly WHAT you are talking about? Do you know that Babs is donating proceeds from this tour to battered women, the homeless, education, HIV research, the environment (things the Bush administration has had blindfolds on about)???
Know your facts before you SPEW YOUR VENOM - if you don't like Babs, don't LOOK for places to BASH HER.
In other words - get a life, loser!
