Its a trajedy that IBM is no longer practicing "looking at every single person in the process." Instead, they are laying off expert technical employees & offshoring the work to NON-talented employees as fast as they possibly can.

Where do you stand on this one Right Management?!? Since there are hundreds of IBMers who's emails you arent responding to!
