If there's room for a #11, what about "Shakespeare In Love" winning Best Picture over "Saving Private Ryan"? The Weinstein's campaigned mercilessly to buy that award, and it was a slap in the face to all those that served in WWII. It truly pushed to the forefront how Oscars don't go to the best person or film, just who can buy it off...
