I would love to have attended this event however the poorly written article does not say when where or how.

Most unfortunate.

Primarily some hip hop music degrade women verbally, physically and aesthetically. And the women participate in this degrading to get paid and date rappers or get the exposure on the screen. This is nothing new but their is more degrading of women of color today than ever.We have come full circle back to straight hair, light skin and more well endowed women of color as more beautiful and more desireable. And that well endowment is only on certain places on women of color mostly.

"Rap/Hip Hop" a primitive type of music written by primitive people with no musical abilities.

It's such a shame that mainstream people are now declaring this trash as music. Most of these "artists" couldn't carry a tune in a bucket.

"Musical Abilities", are you kidding?

Dude, music has to do with instruments. Not a beat machine! It's ridiculous! I mean you have to MAKE MUSIC, not sit there and get it out of a machine. Now, I do hate Rap and Hip Hop, but see, it does take a lot to work the lyrics. i'll give that. Lyric wise, they songs may not be appropriate, or good for that matter, but it takes time to actually get vocals to match the beat. I'm the singer and guitarist of my band "October F1rst" and i've had my own troubles with that fact.

Simple as that! Any musician in the music industry that is making the big bucks....obviously was talented! Oh i guess everyone one of you decided to skip over the part was he is helping build houses for the poor! No you guys are more worried about your feelings! Get over it!

See right now, i'm going to tell you about One man. His name was Mr. Kurt Donald Cobain. He started a revolution of music that changed the face of this planet. And look at it now a days, I mean, i may have exadurated a little bit, I don't hate all rap and Hip hop, I just would rather listen to Nirvana, and probably...opera then rap, but anyways. Kurt along with the rest of Nirvana Brought a name to the music industry. it's not crying, nor death metal screaming. It was Rock and Roll's Upgrade. That's what I listen to. So don't start with that death metal is for the devil crap. I'd rather rock out with the devil, then spin on cardboard.(I have nothing against people who do that, it's just not for me.)

I simply request that people learn the all facts before speaking out. You see Kurt, sweety, I know all about him and how he hated his fame and how the Nevermind album blew them up in 1991, yes I study all cultures and appriciate the struggles of all artist, I myself listen to everything from TOOL, to Korn, to Jay Z, to Ludacris, to Carry Underwood, you have to appriciate all walks of life or you can never really appriciate and understand your surroundings, learn something new everyday, broden your life, and see what comes to you. A lot more will come than you expect!!
