Ice Cube should have stopped rapping a long time ago. He hasn't been good since Lethal Injection.

Just because she doesn't support bad rap doesn't mean she does not support her roots. Rap has nothing to do with her roots.

We now have the ethnic version of the 3 Stooges with these guys. The 3 of them put together will not be able to fill Oprah's shoes. They should get their own show if they are so called "concerned" about the Black community. They just want to use Oprah's show to promote their latest cds. These clowns make a living disrespecting women, spewing the "n" word, to go along with their anti social behavior. I have boycotted any projects that are associated with these clowns.

Let me give you a "super sized" AMEN to that! Anyone that feels otherwise is out of touch. I hope she does not cave in to the "crapper from the rappers".

Seems like the only people that need to return to their roots, are these 3 clowns. With their free use of the "n" word towards their own race, indicates a major disconnect. By the way, I am Black and have been all my life.

Wow, you need to chill. First of all, i like hip-hop. I know it may be difficult for you to take in, but a lot of these videos glorify the gangster image, young people find that appealing, and go overboard. Teenagers are stupid and everyone knows that. So why put ideas in their head. And yeah, people create violence and not music but what's your point. Have you been paying attention to humanity throughout history. If you give someone a gun they'll fire it.
I'm a teenager and when I saw how crappy this materiaalstic rap was i searched for something new called undergound rap. Here there is an emphasis on lyrical content thats positive or is trying to send a positive message.

Rap music, crack cocaine and gang violence all go hand in friggin hand! It doesn't do jack or black rights and Oprah probably knows it. Oprah is on the feminist wagon anyway, not the "black inspiration" wagon and her target audience is stay at home mothers simply because they are there to watch her every single day and will lap up every single word she says. Rap music isn't part of her agenda, because it's giving someone else a voice and it's usually not portraying women in a the way she would be liking it now is it?
