His music great to hear, he did't have the popularity he should had. I just thank Eric for opening up his talent and showing a great person. We still can enjoy his music.

Robert Johnson was sort of like the Beatles.
He was one of many blues people but somehow the focus and myths were built around him, he was the first one to "catch that wave" Mind you he was an awesome guitarist, song writer and singer. He knew about sound compression before the technology was invented. He simply turned his chair towards the corner of the room and played. Anyone with a love for the blues and the guitar can't help but be astounded by his technique, he sounded like a trio, not just one man. |
