CNN is very unreliable. They are either in too much of a hurry, too much inclined to be sensational or to want lots of action in pictures instead of content of thought; and they are also inclined to pander to the rightwing by hiring their heroes. I only watch it occasionally when bored with MSNBC, CSpan, the movie channel, or the dancing shows. Anderson and Fareek are least awful. Out front lady seems to want to be a flirty sex symbol. Wolf has prejudices on so many things, not always apparent but one knows they are there. Tapper is a lightweight. John Knight gets in a hurry and gets things wrong, or else relies on big big maps and graphics.
Best ones on msnbc are Rachel Maddow, Lawrence O'Donnell on the Last Word, Chris Hayes on AllIn, and Steve Kornacke on Up on weekends. I also like Ari Melbar on legal matters - and Pete Williams on legal matters. Also Alex Wagner on Now. And for economics, Jared Bernstein. Matthews and Scarborough should be put in a locked room to shout at each other all lday long.
