<quoted text>yeah, really, but remember, obama started with the 47% who pay no taxes, and to them, obama can do no wrong. That meant he only had to get a few more percentage points to win. Not hard at all, considering the unions, govt workers, gays, women with vagina issues, ponytailed ex hippies, kids easily fooled and enviro whackos.
The tipping point was when the non taxpayers finally outnumbered and outnumbered the taxpayers....game over man

Waterboarding led the the location of osama bin laden....therefore nobama is part of the waterboarding since he ok'd the mission after CIA informed him they knew where obl was located. Without the infor at Gitmo, you lefties would'bt able to strut around claiming "nobama got him." DUH
Baloney. Do you really think bin laden phoned a few of his buddies in Guantanamo to tell them his location? If so, why not just listen on the phone call?

Torture did not provide any information at all. There is no evidence except bush said so. I know you believe anything bush said, but, sorry to tell you, bush lied, again.

Hagel should be confirmed. We knew Obama was far more interested in demonizing HIS enemies and fomenting HATE between Americans at Home than in handling America's enemies abroad. Obama is committed to bringing our Nation down from within. Listen to his most daily rants against most everything that made America GREAT. Chuck Hagel is plenty good enough for the likes of us.

Ok, Hagel is just a perfect example of the Wall Street is Washington and Washington is Wall Street club. A private club that thinks they are better than you.

Charles Timothy "Chuck" Hagel (born October 4, 1946)[3] is an American politician who was a United States Senator from Nebraska from 1997 to 2009.
A recipient of two Purple Hearts while an infantry squad leader in the Vietnam War, Hagel returned home to start careers in business and politics. He made millions as co-founder of Vanguard Cellular, and served as president of the McCarthy Group, an investment banking firm, and CEO of American Information Systems Inc., a computerized voting machine manufacturer. A member of the Republican Party, Hagel was first elected to the Senate in 1996. He was reelected in 2002, and retired in 2008. Hagel is currently a professor at the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, the chairman of the Atlantic Council, and co-chairman of the President's Intelligence Advisory Board. He also serves on a number of boards of directors, including that of Chevron Corporation.

Can you elaborate on his time as CEO of a voting machine manufacturer and being elected to congress? Didn't he have his machines installed to count votes for him prior to being elected? Why did he refuse to have open source code so the count could be verified? Why did the designers quit when ordered to leave a back door option available which allows the totals to be altered?

Hagel should be investigated and thrown in prison, not given even more power. He has repeatedly demonstrated he cannot handle power.
