It must be that 2nd term curse. All Presidents have to answer for the messes they made during the first term, I guess. I must say Obama has been luckier then most President, because he lies so well. Gettin at the truth is like chasing a will o the wisp.

Wow! I haven't thought of a will-o'-the-wisp since I was a kid in southeast Missouri on the banks of the might Mississippi River. Thanks for bringing back that fond memory.

That won't prevent the Republicans from trying to invent a scandal. They're looking forward to 2016
and Hilliary's possible run for the presidency.

That's what this manufactured brouhaha is all
about.

Maybe the Repubs will shoot their wad too soon.
Political coitus interruptus.

No invention necessary; ABC just defined it and the rest of the dominoes will begin to fall with future hearings and whistleblowers. Not everyone is willing to fall on their sword.

You obviously didn’t read the article… typical of you tea-baggers; go back and read the story from NPR and report back ASAP.

We found out today that these e-mails were shown to republicans months ago and they leaked them to try and push a scandal. And furthermore, the head of the Accountability Review Board, Thomas Pickering who investigated what happened in Benghazi said that “The notion of a cover up had all the elements of a Pulitzer Prize fiction attached to it.”

Have fun; you’ve overplayed your hand and the American people will reject your crazy conspiracy theories once again.

That’s the best part... they always get all worked up and in the end they lay a big egg, LOL.

Remember Reverend Wright was going to be the end of the Obama candidacy… and then Hillary was going to primary Obama for 2012… and then there was no way Obama would get re-elected in this economy with unemployment above 5%... and then it was HCR would be his doom… then it was the debates that would derail him before Benghazi hit the scene…

LOL, all they shoot are blanks.

Typical of you 'progressive libturds', you think you know something you don't. I did read the article. I don't give two sh!ts what Pickering said. Why did he refuse to testify at the oversight hearings? Hell, even Hillary wasn't afraid to do that much--but you can bet she'll be back again after this." The overplayed hand was thinking Americans would stop caring about Stevens and his compatriots when we were told to by Jay Carney like good little sheep.

Now crawl back under your rock, Patsy.

Oh, and Patsy, it clearly wasn't much of an investigation if Pickering didn't interview Hillary Clinton, or even ask Hicks a single question. So much for an Accountability Review when the review isn't even accountable. Can you say Select Committee with subpoena power? I knew you could.

Much of this is, arguably, true. He can't remain teflon forever, and this may be the bloom coming off the rose, finally.

That’s exactly how We the People feel about you right-winger’s obsession over Benghazi.
You guys will scream and shout forever over this, but all you need to know to understand that Benghazi is a right-wingers pipedream is that there are no senior republicans out front questioning this. Hell, you’ve had a republican Senator say this week that he was satisfied with the answers he got about what happened in Benghazi.

True. And most Americans change the channel when this subject comes up on the news. Reflubs need to get over their obsession on this subject. Of course they will just obsess over something else...
