RI nightclub victims mourned

The survivors of a nightclub fire and relatives of the those who died in the 2003 blaze gathered Sunday to recite the names of the dead and honor them with 100 seconds of silence, one second for each victim.

I'm curious. I am very sorry for all the victims of the fire, especially the survivors. My greatest fear is to be caught in a fire. May God be with you all. But I am curious about the lawsuits. How is it that Anheuser-Busch, The Clear Channel and "others" are being sued? In our litigate happy environment, I wonder is it because the bar sold Budweiser beer? Or because the Clear hannel was filming the event? Just wondering.
