I'd love to see a catfight between Carly and Vivian. It's been years! I wanna see lots of flashbacks of their scenes together too.

I kind of wondered if Carly had delayed insanity due to being buried alive by Vivian. I wonder she will turn out to be something like out of the movie The Uninvited.
