Is this the son of the king?

Somewhere in America, during 1968, that most turbulent of years, a little boy held a transistor radio to his ear, listening to country music.

Be careful!! You may end up getting Gordo (elvisjrsinfo) out from under his rock, he was at one time Elvis Jr's promoter/manager, and the two of them cooked up this story. It has so many inconsistencies, twist and turns and downright lies that even the two of them cannot keep their story straight.

He also claims the FBI and the US government investigated his claim before he was awarded his name change, this did not happen. He says that he also has DNA evidence from a shirt that was bloodied during a fight Elvis had at a gas station, and that his DNA matches that blood. That would seem to be pretty compelling evidence if true, so the big question is why not show the proof? One of the strangest things is that his name change court case in Nevada's 8th circuit court was sealed by the judge, now just why would that be? The only thing I can think of is that there was mention of an adoption, this would automatically require the sealing of the case. Was this a calculated move, or pure luck for him? It means he is can say anything he likes about the case, and nobody can disprove it.

BTW, EPE lawyers were aware of this name change case, but were of the opinion it would/nor should go anywhere, apparently they were taken by surprise when the Judge allowed it. They are on the record in saying that the judgment was in error. I bet they wish they had spoken out while they had the chance, for sure, had they done so Stanic (EAP Jr) would not have succeeded with the case.

Agreed Nina, the difference here is that he was actually on their "radar", and they obviously dropped the ball. It does seem strange that the judge allowed the name change, under normal circumstances given all the facts (as we know them) this would not have been given the go-ahead. If he actually has the proof he says he has, and the judge saw it then maybe. But the question still remains...Why not then show the rest of the world this proof?
