If you owned everything Beatles, but only wanted the best solo Beatles songs, what tracklist would make a great 1970-2009 anthology ??

That's it for my "greatest hits" by decades. Like I said in my first post I have many more albums put together but these were the ones I thought stood out/were kind of catchy.

I tried to keep them true to the red and blue albums, but just like them, there are song I really like that I did not put on these albums (like Monkberry Moon Delight, Ninteen Hundred and Eighty Five, and Crippled Inside) but I can always go to my fantasy albums and listen to them.:)

I would love to see what others would do.

I have listened to a lot and I mean a lot of post beatles work, and I can tell you that Pauls solo career is better than the beatles. The others are good but nothing impressive. I dont listen to a lot of Ringo starr (you cant blame me for that, lol).

I don't think I saw anyone mention Plastic Ono Band. In my opinion it's the best post beatles album. It was John's first album after the break-up. It really captures his state of mind at the time.

You're right, that is a great album, but this thread is about the best solo Beatles songs. The person who started it, wants to know what are the best songs from each Beatles solo career, so they can make their own compilation.
