By George, it's gorgeous, even if it's forged.

How can George forge his own? I think it's funny he forged John and Paul's he must of been pretty good at it.George had a witty sense of humor maybe he did it to see how many people he could fool as a joke.

Maybe Georgeous didn't sign his own, where was Ringo when all this was going on?

Maybe Ringo was helping him to forge John and Paul's signatures.I really don't know why they would forge the others signatures I'm not so sure this story is for real. They sold anyway and how did they find out it was George that forged them and not Paul or Ringo.

I think it was Paul's grandfather (not the one who lived at his house, the other one, everyone's entitled to two)who signed them, but he was very CLEAN.

The way I see it is this..... the Beatles were a unit, like the Musketeers, all for one, one for all, so as far as I'm concerned no crime has been committed. By George!

No maybe George realized that the girl didn't have much time so he signed to get it to her quicker.I don't think george would decieve anyone on purpose that's just not they way he was.The girl was pretty ill and Maybe he couldn't get a hold of the other 3 Beatles so he copied to get it sent quicker.George was a kind soul and he was very honest and not crooked in any way.

Me too, we need someone with CLASS as well as CLOUT in producing, there's too much riff-raff allowing too much rubbish to pass itself off as talent. The people who buy it don't know any better, yet!

I agree todays music is crap compaired to the sixties and seventies music.Technology has gotten better but the music and quality of songs hasn't improved much. Some boneheads will buy anything like Lil Wayne or Kenye West.I can't stand Beyonce or Maria Carrey.Cher can sing and Sheryl Crow is fine but the Divas of today like Madonna are a dime a dozen.I miss the Little River band and the old Bee Gee's or the Kinks and the young Rascals or even the Youngbloods.

Dylan's showing them.#1 in the U.K and U.S.A and Here it came in at #5 (also charting well in Europe) He hasn't got the same demographics as the young ones at #1 #2 #3 or #4. As yet I have not heard any of his new songs on the radio.
That's not to say they're not playing it on radio only I haven't heard it yet.(too busy listening to the CD). These days we dont need to rely on radio. I'm happy to hear you mention the BEE GEES and L.R.B. we have had a lot of other great bands in Australia who never made it big overseas.

And my favorite export from the land down under other than Aunt Melba would be the great "INXS".
Michael was one of the greats, he and Jim Morrison are rocking Heaven tonight.

I've got the DVD of Glen Shorrock and BEEB Birtles and the other guy from the original line up of the Little river Band . the guy's last name is Goble .They sound great togeher but they didn't have the rights to to the name so they called it Goble-Shorrock-and Birtles -Sounds as good as ever and just like The little River band-Loved them in their hey day and still do.Wayne Nelson is head of the Band now.Birtles once played with rick Springfield I think.

Zack, it was Graeme Goble. LRB started off as "MISSIPPI" in the early '70's. they had a few changes to the line-up during both name changes.
You are right about Beeb and Rick, they were in a band called ZOOT. Glenn was with The Twilights and AXIOM (Brian Cadd- great songwriter).
The last lead singer before they broke up was our King of Pop - John Farnham, managed by their old mate Glenn Wheatley (ex-Master's Apprentices- check out their song on youtube- It's Because I Love You) I'll be here all week, LOL, there is so much history behind these bands. All great.
