The kid brother she had known since he was eight hours old had grown up to become a world-famous Beatle. But George Harrison’s big sister Louise today reveals the crucial part she played in the Fab Four’s big American break. The late George will next week be honoured with his very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. And nobody will be prouder than Louise, who had moved to the States with her mining engineer husband Gordon in 1963 just as Beatlemania was gripping Britain.

Thank you for your kind words.
It's my pleasure to post here with very nice people too.
Iv'e seen Paul and I've seen Ringo, but never together, it must be the thrill of a lifetime, both are great guys.
Paul played bass on at least one of Ringo's songs coming out on his new cd, not sure when it will be released , this year or next year.

I'm happy that we are all here in this beautiful thread about George made by our editor(best of the world, don't forget folks). It's a feeling of relief you know, after these nasty, hateful remarks about how old are the two surviving Beatles. So what? We're judging the book, not the cover. And the young ones have flaws. What's the problem if they have wrinkles man? Their music is wrinkle free!

Hello Greg,
Thank you for your kind comments,I'm very humbled and proud to be the editor,it's enjoyable for me to share my passion.
As you said, they may be in their late 60's,but they are still artistic.
There are many more artists older than Paul and Ringo, such as Tony Bennet,Chuck Berry,Little Richard,Jerry Lee Lewis,Pete Seeger and Les Paul.

I don't care about their age. Once a big talent, forever a big talent...Sophocles wrote one of his tragedies at 70...The aging process can repress some qualities, that's for sure, but not all. I think it's very simple:These artists have a young heart, a very young heart. So far, time hasn't trace it.

So true Greg,
Age is only a frame of mind, those who act and feel young remain young.
George had a very young spirit ,even death can't touch that.

Those old guys like B.B.King inspire me to keep playing and also Greg.We hear them and see them and think wow I want to be able to still play when I'm old in my 70's.Age doesn't mean nothing it's the music that matters.amen
