Gene Kelly had the greatest legs, doing what he did best, could carry a tune and was also cute. Fred Astaire could dance as well, but I was always partial to Kelly. He has fabulous dancing partners but the best one that was almost better then he was, was the MOUSE. I also think Gregory Heinz, Savion Glover, The Nicholas Brothers and Sammy Davis Jr were spectacular. I can get my dance fix by watching That's Entertainment over and over, but sad to say, I probably will not see anyone dance this good again in my life time. Sadly, when the lights go OUT on Broadway, there are no replacements for these, once- in- a- lifetime show stoppers.

I love the way Gene Kelly moves and sings and acts, the way he dances and then smiles at you. He has the power to bring pure joy to the viewer like no other performer. It's really amazing!
He was perfection, the whole package -- the arms, the legs, the perfect butt. the handsome face. That's why he had to keep that cute little scar on his face -- to show the world one tiny flaw, that this specimen of perfection was human, after all.
