Non-factor? Really?

"Zogby, Rasmussen, Gallup, CNN/Opinion Research, New York Times, Washington Post, LATimes, ABC, and CBS Polling Organizations all KNOW that 3% or 6% or 9% of the vote for Libertarian Presidential candidate Gov. Gary Johnson in these states could easily cost Romney 74 Electoral Votes and the 2012 Presidential election"

hahahahahahahaha

He really is not a factor because the Commission on Presidential Debates will not allow him into the debates.

The Commission has 2 chairs that oversee it.

Paul Kirk: Former DNC chairman
Frank Fahrenkopf: Fromer RNC Chairman

After the 1988 incident in the debates when Daddy Bush fumbled over a question from the audience in a town hall style debate. The D's and R's got together and created the Commission on Presidential Debates. This Commission determines who can and cannot be int he debates. Thus limiting the the people in a fair choice with specific views that will be given to the public.

The Commission also supplies all rules. After 1998, it is a rule set forth by the Commission that the candidates cannot ask questions of one another. A rule Gore violated against Baby Boy Bush where Bush asked Jim Lerher to move onto the next questions.

In a town hall setting, the Commission also approves the questions from the audience prior to debate and the moderator must call upon on one of the pre-approved questions.

There is no debate with the rules and agreements made between the D's and R's and the Commission.

There Commission has also changed the rules to allow other candidates into the debates. Here are the rules, there are only 3:

1. Candidate must qualify per Presidential requirements in the constitution
2. Candidate must have ballot access in enough states to allow for a mathematical possibility to win enough electoral college votes
3. Candidate must have 15% popular vote from 5 polling agencies.

Now here is where it gets dirty. The polling agencies that are completely controlled or influenced by the D's and R's (look at Rasmussen for instance and Mr Rasmussen's ties to the RNC) will not even add a 3rd party candidate to the polling data.

So in essence, a person like Gary Johnson who has ballot access in 47 states and the other 3 are under law suits to add (Penn, due to the Republican's blocking ballot access) onto the ballot.

The game is rigged. Completely rigged and the people get screwed. They know more about who was voted off Dancing with the stars instead of what is going on right in front of their eyes.

Interesting breakdown on the commission on Presidential Debates. Look at what they have done since 1988.
