Too sad.

He managed as well as he could, given the health problems he had.

This kid WORKED. He took a security guard position when he couldn't find acting gigs. He didn't sit on his duff.

Bless him.

how very sad to hear this, we grew up with this guy and it's terrible the way he died. I know he had problems in his life I don't know how much of it was his fault vs. other people's fault, I agree with Bill, at least the guy didn't just lay around and become a burden to society after his acting career was over. May he rest in peace.

My sister, Jackie, a dwarf of 4 feet 4 inches, was Gary Coleman's first grade teacher in Zion, Illinois. Gary, her most unforgettable student of her 35-year career, was the tour guide for any visitor to their school. Gary wrote and illustrated his own books when he was in first grade. Gary read his books in the older students' classes and had their full attention, everyone fascinated by his wit. Gary later wrote another published book; the only teacher, whom he called his role model was my sister, Jackie McG.
Jackie passed away, also in May, two years ago.

$10 says the wife killed him and made it look like an accident. Any takers?
