Amy is the one who moved out in early 1999, not Gary.
One year from divorce filings, Amy married Vince, no surprise!!!!
Amy confessed it took a long time for peace about it all to arrive in the house regarding the kids.

The album will also feature two versions of "High Lonesome Sound," a song
Gill composed as a tribute to bluegrass pioneer Bill Monroe. The first
features Alison Krauss and her band, Union Station, in an all-acoustic
bluegrass format with dobro virtuoso Jerry Douglas; the second is an
electric version with a Stevie Wonder-inspired funk edge.

"I tried to make this a more musically satisfying album," said Gill, who
quickly added: "I know there's stuff on there that's not unlike the stuff
I've done before, so I'm not worried about not getting on the radio. I just
did some things on the record that I don't intend to get on the radio. I
don't have a desire to have a hit record with a song that's real weird.
It's just me trying to have some fun.

"It's nothing earth-shattering, I assure you. It's just different -- for
me. And I don't have to do a whole album of it to be content."

And what inspired his decision to stretch out and experiment, even if only
for half an album?

"I don't know," he said, breaking into a brief silence.

"The honest answer is that I've become really good buddies with
(Christian-pop singing star) Amy Grant," he continued a moment later.
"She's getting ready to make a new record, and she said:`I'm making a new
LP and feel like doing something different.' And I said:`Hey, is your farm
paid for?' And she said:`Yes.' So I said:`Then do it.'

"So I kind of took my own advice, which is really scary. Never take my
advice! Never!"

Amy claims 10 years of therapy didn't heal her.
Now she has the man of her dreams and guess what?
He belches. He farts. His feet stink. He leaves skid marks
in his underpants. And he is a terrible slob who leaves soda cans
and snack wrappers all over the house (if he is ever home anymore).

He says It's Hard to Kiss the Lips at Night (that chew your A$$ out all day long) is for his mom. What a prince. NOT. he just didn't want to make his ex or his current wife mad by letting it be about them.

Are you serious? Vince actually tells people in the audience to "f" themselves. Those who have traveled and paid a nice ticket price to see him perform live. Why does he even bother to sing a gospel song? Any confirmation on this somewhere?

She was on Brian Mason about that time too, after she left the farm.
It was not that exciting. I was snoring by the end of the first segment.

Okay, here's the real zinger, getting back to the kids. In most divorce cases, and now due to the fact there is more than one child. Kids feel unloved etc. They channel love to another, most times it is with the same sex, this is proven fact.
So, which one will turn gay or lesbian first?
