Absolutely no respect or honor out there any more. When caught, they need to break the theives legs and make them walk to the court house however they can. No transportation allowed. Hey God believes in justice too. We don't have enough justice in America when theives feel fine to do something like this. I mean in a state where there are still multi-DWI offenders, they may need forgiveness but they also need to get off the street {mandatory AA after first offense}.
