Forget the free repairs...take the toy back and refund the money or its class action lawsuit time. if children are hurt its time to litigate.

This is the end result of sending jobs overseas to China. Remember this when you vote next month, and think hard about your choices. The republicans were all over sending jobs overseas, now our children are having to play with dangerous toys. Whose ineptness can we live with the most, democrats or republicans?

Instructions on the recall are to not allow the toy affected to be used until you receive the modification kit and have fixed the issue. Currently the key modification kit for the tricycles are on an 8-12 week back order. That means that my 2 year old can't use her tricycle until spring, as in 8 weeks we will most likely have snow. Fisher-Price isn't going to compensate for the loss of use of the toy, and I can't return it to the store because I threw away the receipt after I bought the bike 2 months ago. At this point, I'm tired of buying toys and having to take them away for months at a time because they aren't as safe as they are supposed to be.
