Janet Jackson's 'Discipline' tops CD sales chart

Janet Jackson racks up another No. 1 album with her latest, 'Discipline,' which leads the U.S. pop chart after selling 181,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. via Los Angeles Times

Janet never left,her previous CD's were good also, but blacklisting from the "superbowl" issue and people being scared to promote those cds caused sow sales. Keep going Janet!

I too feel that, Superbowl issue ruled over people, which stopped them from buying Janet's album. Otherwise her all albums are super hit to me.

Janet is gorgeous and talented, but in this day and age talent is not what counts. Other artists can be seen smoking crack and going in and out of rehab and cars showing their private parts and it not effect their status (actually elevates it), so what gives, she has the talent, the looks, the body - perhaps she is the wrong color???
