He's one of the most underrated pioneers of rock 'n' roll, but hardcore rock fans are all too aware that Eric Burdon, frontman for the seminal band the Animals, was one of the integral invaders of the 1960s British Invasion.

How could anyone, anywhere be a "worse" "rock star"?

Santa Esmeralda was put together by a two French guys (a bit like the Village people).
I like the fact that he mentions Donna Summer and the Bee Gees.
But he seems to be full of himself though a friend who's band opened for him a while back told me he's a very nice man.
Still he's a legend, no matter what.

Eric Burden and the Animals, were one of the greatest bands of the British Invasion, haven't kept up with his career after the group, but from 1964-1968, the guys had some remarkable songs.
