The only way I will vote in the general election is if Obama wins the nomination. Because he gives hope.

"College students are smitten by Obama."

That in itself should tell us something.

Good, don't vote, that'll give OBAMA more leverage.

That is because he has nothing else going for him, and there are enought mindless people who will vote for him because some Hollywood actors say so.

We need Hillary to go up against McCain, Obama doesn't stand a chance, he has nothing going for him but "change".. wow. Not impressed,

Hope is a good thing. However, I have yet to see concrete workable plans. Also, having a wife who had no hope for America, IMHO, is worse than having an adulterer for a husband.

On to my second point, who are these "movie stars?" I had to look up this Penn guy, because I am a semi-regular viewer of House and could not place him at all. The other guy is so obscure, I don't intend to even bother looking him up. My idea of a rcognizable movie star is someone who has made more than one or two secondary appeances in more than one or two films. I certainly don't intend to vote for a candidate because some knucklehead actor thinks he's an OK guy!

Anything but Obama, who got enough coverage already. who cares what those unknown actors have to say? Think before you vote. I'm not voting for someone just because he's a Rock star Politian.

The liberals have no ideas that will help in any way. Higher taxes to pay for all of the freebies/welfare always hurt both the economy and job market.

Obama and Clinton are essentially the same candidate. The only difference is he comes across as pleasant and nice and she comes across to many people as angry and unpleasant.

But what are you going to get with either of them? Higher taxes. More government involvement in private affairs. Rubber stamp Democrat congress.

I'm not saying McCain is a much better choice.

Vote how you please but just think long and hard about what you really want for yourself and for your friends and neighbors.

Hope, Change, Future, Destiny, Hope. Blah Blah Blah.
Chris Matthews (A Flaming Liberal) asked an Obama Supporter to name One Obama Accomplishment. The guy stammered muttered something about hope and future and then Mathews said "Name One" and the guy said he couldn't. Funny. People support him and cannot identify one "CHANGE" he has made that has given us HOPE for the FUTURE.
That's because far too many people don't think about what they're voting for. They cast a vote based on emotions, based on whether they like a face they see on TV.

If you look closely at Obama and what he stands for, you'll see a really nice, energetic guy who is looking to drive America toward higher taxes, more government control and more socialism.

I don't think any of them really write their own speeches--they have a team of people to do it for them.

OHIO - Now is the time. OBAMA is the man for the moment, intelligent experienced straight talker. Clinton only manipulates and she is now using "527s" to "swift boat" OBAMA. Negative false attacks against him.

VOTE FOR OBAMA - Over 25 yrs experience changing peoples lives.

We can seal this nomination right here in OHIO. The republicans have a nominee and dems need to round this up.

As a concerned democrat, OBAMA already already has a huge lead in delegates and a vote for hilary will only push this to the convention and leave the party divided. Let's unify behind Obama, just as the reps did for McCain.
