After waiting 2 years to buy the new Engelbert CD - I find it's not available in the shops. Only at his concerts or his website.
Does Engelbert know that most of his loyal fans are over 60 and don't go on line.
They buy CDs from Tesco - Asda etc:
The current Tom Jones Cd in in the shops - if Engelbert doesn't put his CDs on general release - he won't sell many!

My name is Jan and is from Norway. I has bought the music of Engelbert since 1967. Also has videoes and DVDs. At Engelbert is a very talented singer and artist, there is no doubt. The man can do his thing and more than that.
I have noticed that Engelberts last two CDs “The Legacy Of love” and “A Taste Of Country” only sold on his website www.engelbert.com . It's really strange. There are many older fans who probably do not know to his homepage or want to order from there, besause the CD discs on www.engelbert.com have a higher price and shipping costs than the other international online stores are taking.
I have the CD Lagacy Of Love, a very fine recording with the Prague Symphony Orchestra, which I ordered from www.engelbert.com . Was quite expensive. Only the shipping costs to Scandinavia was for $ 17.00, plus a CD disc that costs $ 25.00. From a common-line Store is shipping just under $ 7.00. So I hope eventually that the discs to Engelbert is to buy at regular stores online.

Engelbert is his own person and always will be. Yes The King Of Romance and so well loved all over the world. Everybody has thier own choice and that is how it should stay without bad remarks.
