Letters From Graceland 1961.

Two email messages that may cause a little controversy here.:-)

They silenced a few misguided and foolish Elvis fans on other forums.

Soctty you're a hoot.....those emails silenced fans on other forums?? I think they read them and are probably still bent over .... busting a gut in laughter...... You call either one of those notes a ringing endorsement?.....NEITHER ONE says you're letters are from Elvis. The Butler woman from Graceland admits the letters are "original"..... that means that yes..... they came from Graceland in 1961.....like 180 thousand others.... NO WHERE does she state that the letters were penned by Elvis Presley. She knows the truth..... but she chose not to go there and not bust your balls.....assuming your have any.... So in NO WAY does she confirm confirm the letters are hand written by Elvis Presley. And I suggest you reread what Jerry Osborne tells you..... He calls them a legitimate Elvis collectible in every regard. NO WHERE does HE state that the letters were penned by Elvis Presley. He confirms that they originally came out of Graceland in 1961, the same very modest confirmation you received from Ms. Baker. It also appears that Mr. Osborne never actaully saw the letters, saying he could not view your attachment. These two emails in no way tell anyone the letters came from Elvis. Had Ms. Baker and Mr. Osborne felt the letters were actually written by Elvis, you would have received a much much different reply from both.......with each probably making an effort to purchase them directly from you.....Jerry Osborne would have been all over those trying to get you to sell them to him....but that didn't happen did it Scotty.....did you edit Mr. Osbornes email????.....or Ms. Bakers email ??? Did you take out the parts that tell you Elvis didn't write these....that the secretarys did??? I think that is what you did Scotty ....you made edits to those emails to suit your purpose here...Scotty...listen very closely........from Graceland yes...from Elvis...NOT A CHANCE....just remember Scotty..... never to old to learn ......even you......

I spoke to Sothebys Auctioneers Elvis memorabilia expert about the letters.

I spoke to Jerry Osborne about them too.

I have spoken to dozens of so-called Elvis experts.

Did you not see Elvis fan, likethebike's take on all this?:-)

Oh was the Sothebys expert a lady by the name of Hilary Kay?....who back in the 1980s was a 20 something novice, with LITTLE or NO experience with Elvis....is that the EXPERT you're talking about??? Did you edit the emails from Ms. Butler and Mr. Osborne?? Did you edit them then present them here to suit your purpose....Neither of these two experts state anywhere in their correspondence with you that these letters where hand written by Elvis Presley....did you not notice that???? Becaquse every other Elvis fan here noticed that right away........are you not digesting the information you are being provided with here?????
