THAT IS SOOOOO FUNNY!!!!! I'm sure that someone just posted that as a joke.
And the guy DOES look a lot like Elvis, don't you think? But I am glad this person did make this post because I would never have noticed that guy in the background. as John Candy is there doing faces and such and obviously he is supposed to be the one drawing the viewer's attention (or at least that was my impression when I saw the movie). Anyway, I am glad someone brought my attention to that but I don't think anyone ever seriously thought it was Elvis.

Did you see the video "Elvis still alive in 1991"? I do not know how to provide a link but I hit your link, DMV, and played your video and this other one came up.

This is really convincing.(I don't say I believe it, but this looks convincing). Frankly, the guy looks more like Willie Nelson to me, but I did not know Willie was missing.

Just saw it now, yeah thats a good one, but this guy looks nothing like Elvis does he? Ok he is about the age that Elvis should be in 1991 which would be 66 but I'm still not convinced by the picture, would his facial features have changed that much in 24 years??

I have to say that the original post I made with the link of the home alone clip looks more and more like Elvis especially when it pauses on his face, look at this eyes they really resemble Elvis' eyes dont you think..........

I very much enjoy watching these two videos. I don't know if there is anything to them, but I sure enjoy seeing them. Yes, the guy in "Home Alone" does look a lot like Elvis. hee hee.

It also seems like something Elvis would do: fake his passing on and show up as an extra in hocky movies. The jerking of the heads is convincing as it does appear as the same gesture by each man. That is just hillarious. I would love to know who that man really is. Thanks for posting this, DMV. I am fascinated.

Though Elvis loves jokes....that would be a very hurtful thing to do to his daughter and family members. I think Elvis was to kind hearted to cause others that king of pain.

Yeah, the more I look at it the more it does look like Elvis. And there is another clip of it on You Tube where they show more of it and you can hear the dialogue from the movie. The way they keep showing that one guy and then the dialogue of "selling (her) soul to the devil". It does appear as if they are teasing the audience with repeatedly showing this one man as his head bobbs in and out of the scene. And he is looking directly into the camera which is usually discouraged. Hmmm curioser and curioser.(And I see the funny and nuts symbols appearing on my other posts placed there no doubt by someone who did not watch the videos). But honestly, I REALLY get my giggles out of this one. I am not so crazy over this movie but I am sure tempted to rent it just to check this out. I do not believe what I am seeing. As for the age, that could be Elvis at 55. At first I thought that man was too young to be Elvis, but that could be Elvis at 55.(And I hate to accuse anyone of putting funny and nuts on my posts, but I know who you are. lol)

I could really go on and on about that video clip, as there certainly is a lot going on with the bearded extra's relationship with the actress playing the mother and with John Candy in the BRIGHT YELLOW JACKET. But since it would be so "hurtful" I suppose I will let it go.

These are CLASSIC Fruedian slips. First you say that Elvis still exists (loves instead of loved) and then king of pain WOW!! Do you see the implications there? I will spare any interpretation because I know you would never consciously say anything like that, but.....

Are you asking what a Fruedian (sp) slip is? A Fruedian slip is when you say something you did not mean to say, making an error, but you actually say something which is true. For example a person just getting married might say "moneyhoon". Now we all know that that person meant "honeymoon" but a person just getting married is likely going to be very concerned about money, so he might be subconsciously verbalizing his concern. Your saying "loves" instead of "loved" may be subconsciously saying you believe he IS still alive. "King of pain" ... well.... that could be a Fruedian slip. Frued wasn't so stupid.

Many Elvis fans speak of Elvis in the present tense. We know he is not really in the world now, but he will always be "alive" to us, and that's why we speak of him in the present tense.

As for the "king of pain" thing...I dunno...
