Hi Beryl,
Many of us have the very same feelings in our hearts.
It is the bond I have with so many Elvis fans.

I remember the day Elvis died like it was yesterday and I was only 17 years old, I am now 48 years old and I hve been an ETA for 31 years now and to see the joy and also well as the sadness on the fans faces during my shows make it that much more important to do a great show for them.

I to was only 17 when he passed, I will always love and remember him for the wonderful and special person that he was, I honor him by being in The Houston Elvis Meetup an Elvis Fan Club that meets once a month to have remember the King for all his selfless acts of kindness to so many charities of which so many were never mentioned.
We his fans and ETA's (Elvis Tribute Artist) will never let his memory die as long as we remember ,and how can you forget such a beautiful voice not to mention that gorgeous face.

Hi Pat,
I saw Elvis at the The University Of Dayton Arena April 7, 1972. I was 25 years old. My seat wasn't a great one for that concert....but ELVIS was awesome.

I have seen alot of ETA'S but the guy i respect more is a man in Pigeon Forge named Greg Johnson. He does a great job keeping Elvis's music alive with the most respect.Thank God for the higher class of ETA'S who represent Elvis for what he really was....a great man who helped his brother along the way. I love his music and yes I cry too when I see his DVDs and listen to his music. He really is the greatest of all time. One day soon I'm going to get to Graceland but then that will be sad too.
Just an awesome Icon!

Greg Johnson is one of the finest performer I've seen doing his tribute to the King of Rock and Roll. I heard he might be coming to the Tennessee Theater.
