They are all awful I agree with you there.But they aren't any worse than the no talent Kidman.And at least they got their career's on their own.Not by marrying it like Kidman did with Tom Cruise.I know Katie's married to him now,but she was on a hit show before she ever met him and he hasn't helped her career at all.

well, if THIS one flops, it's official... nicole kidman is a flop actor! i've always known this. how she got an award for 'the hours', i'll never know. the most stilted, one dimensional acting i've seen for a long time.(it must have been her 'turn' to get one.) let's face it, her only claim to any real fame was in being stupid enough to marry that fruitcake, tom cruise.

She was very smart to marry Ton Cruise.That's how she got her career.It certainly wasn't because of her talent because she doesn't have any.Hooking up with Tom was the smartest move she ever made. Otherwise she would be doing soap operas and toliet paper commercials somewhere.

i said 'that playing dusty, she can't go wrong' really reads like a bit of an insult to dusy springfield. it wasn't mant to be! dusty was so much of a well known successful artist, so popular, that it would be easier to act her character....look what our nic did to virginia wolfe. admittedly V.W. was a very complex caracter who lived in a completely different era; so nic would have to delve deeper in order to bring any life her. frankly, i think she'll kill dusty too.

i've got a sneaking suspicion that 'australia's going to be a flop too. part of the reason being, SHE CAN'T ACT!

either do i. i DID walk out (wasted my money) on 'moulin rouge'- the only time i've walked out of a movie! what a lot of rot!....having to watch that ungainly body try to dance elegantly. oh, and i DID start to watch 'eyes wide...whatever' on the t.v., but lasted only about 15 minutes. what the hell was THAT supposed to be about? can anyone tell me? i remember reading that the tech. department had to computerize the orgy scene because it was 'too graphic' to use real life actors. what?....typical! so it's O.K. to have a scene like that, just don't use real actors! have you ever heard anything so nonsensical, so mindless, so pathetic? i think they were trying to drum up bums on seats (come and see a bit of (simulated) porn!). now THAT'S a great example of another one of her flops. the sweet, coy, caring mother of 2 as a (soft) porn queen! a really good role model for them (and us)! hahahahahaha

BTW,'Australia' MIGHT have a chance, but if it's
got nic the stick in it, i think she'll lower the bar considerably.
actually, i can't think of ANY australian movie that i've thought has been great.....fantastic actors (blanchet, collette, weaving, ledger (R.I.P.), rush, etc, etc, etc, beautiful scenery, great cinematography - but really pathetic stories.e.g., japanese story.
i thought 'crocodile dundee 1' was fantastic, and
'priscilla' was a hoot, but we're sadly lacking in the drama department. we can sure have a good laugh at ourselves though....except nic. was
'bewitched' supposed to be a comedy? or maybe a little kids film?

I don't quite understand the amount of animosity everyone seems to have towards Nicole. I think with Tom it was more of a case of her being swept off her feet by a huge Hollywood star. I mean they were together for a good 10 years. They did raise two children together. Is this really the workings of a conniving and career ambitious woman? It all comes down to perception and how you read into it.

shaz! i think that we're going to have to agree to disagree; going by another thread. you obviously like (or respect, or fancy) her. i can't take to her (as you may well have guessed!) but i will agree with you that she stayed with wots'isname for 10 years (and thats a LIFETIME in celeb. circles.) i query her motives for getting tangled up with him in the first place, but i've promised myself that i'm not going to get b**chy about her THIS time.
just put the animosity down to perception, as you said. it's best left at that.

Whatever happened to the black child she & Tom Scientologist Cult adopted?? You never hear about the child anymore - oh well, the newness must of worn off & no more publicity.

can't act, sing, dance, or hold a decent interview.
