Judge rules former child actor has legal standing to sue Octomom

An Orange County judge on Friday ruled that a former child actor and advocate for children in entertainment has legal standing to demand a third-party guardian be assigned by the courts to oversee the finances of Octomom Nadya Suleman's world-famous octuplets.

After watching that 2 hour version of hell for children I have a question why would the money not be for all the children suffering in that house? After all they are ALL in that ship wreck, the older ones showed great anxiety when that camera was pointed at them. I hope someone gets them a lawyer and sues the hell out of that t.v. station and all involved including mommy dearest.

This is great. Anyone watching the trainwreck of her life on the special last evening can see that this woman has serious mental problems. She did not at any point focus on what she was doing - she was driving with her hands (both) off the steering wheel while looking at the camera and speaking at a hysterically hyped-speed and tone. She had no clue how to pay full attention to her misbehaving children for even a fleeting moment. She had no control whatsoever over her household. Kids were eating in all corners of the house, whatever they wanted. She groused about them eating junk, but yet she was providing it to them. When her mother pointed out that she did not have enough bedding for all of her children, who were due at that moment to go to bed, she brushed it off as a non-issue that didn't even require a moment of consideration and problem solving. The kids are clamouring for order, boundaries, attention, peacefulness yet she just gives them chaos, noise, more and more toys that she cannot afford and does not need - not a moment of silence or stillness, not a second of a peaceful family meal, or an unrushed and undistracted discussion with their mother.

While I'm not a doctor she appeared to me to be on the manic end of the manic-depressive cycle. Her lamentations about her choices being caused by her unhappy childhood were, well - transparently hildish. She may think she can parent these kids, but she needs to finish growing up herself and I'm not sure if they can wait for her to get into reality.

although I am against government intervention in various aspects, but for legal reason as jurisprudence, I believing that the judge ruled in the right direction that it is in fact for the protection of these children, my hopes are that this will be a victory in past to protect interest, as I seen from start this woman has been only in self interest from my opinion, but that does not mean much but the ruling, so I am happy, very so

I take it all back ! everything I ever said on a positive note to back this woman up and give her the benefit of the doubt is over. After watching a few minutes of the program I am convinced she is a nut case with some serious issues.

"All" her kids should be taken into child protective custody, and she should immediately be taken to the nearest hospital and prept for sterilization.

Nadya Suleman very probably wrote this post below to the LA Times blog. She preemptively is denying writing it both because she has wtrtitten several similar letters to Octorazzi over the months - she' easily recognizable as a really bad, really dleusional writer-- and most likely because her lawyer undoubtedly warned her to stay off the Internet. Which of course she just plain can't:

You would have had to have read the others over the months to see the similarities in context. Since several people are writing as gala3 on octorazzi (intentional Czech distraction?) you'll have to sort through them and find them. Hers are all long and all incoherent and all get really crazy at the end. Exactly like this Bin Laden one.
I think nadyasuleman.com might still have a thread where some were listed. I stopped reading Biddieporn sites like that so I don't know..

Once you see all the posts together, you get a pretty intense glimpse of how the delusions that are part of her thought process spin.
Pretty chilling rationalizations--everyone is wrong and she is some sort of specially unique superhuman super-mom who no one understands how heroic she is but herself, oddly enough, and only a tenuous hold on reality is very obvious.
And 14 kids will be subjected to every whim of this psycho for the next 18 years.
I hope Gloria Allred gives them free help in getting early emancipation. Particularly for poor Amerah.

What's funny about ICanHasSkankBlingie's comment about biddie porn is that she was one of the most prolific posters on the forum with l-o-n-g diatribes that were excruciating to read. Check out the nadyasuleman.com site and search for posts by GALA. She's one and the same as ICAN, and FirstAmmendment (she got booted from the site when she made racist comments...)

I referred to Octorazzi, who had been camping out daily for 5 months literally on ONE's doorstep, as a "lawn jockey". An item so racist you can order one at any garden center anywhere that doesn't have one already there in stock. You can see right there how that makes me a flaming racist, without a doubt.

On topic: Thankfully the court is moving in the right direction. I watched some of that "Unseen" footage on Fox and was just bowled over by how MISERABLE those kids are. This woman has no maternal instincts what so ever. It is so obvious it is painful. Painful to see the absolute disharmony of that chaotic "family". Those kids (ALL kids) deserve better than that. It is a sad situation and no happy ending can come to those kids if left in her possession.

Which might possibly account for why she sounds so particularly well equipped to dance the title role in "The Nutcracker" and why she so easily disregarded every kind of rational, civilized and hospital procedure you can think of.

If Det. Smith is someone with the same name, I apologize in advance, Sorry , but in that case you really do need to make it clear you are the Amira Smith that possesses a shred of sane judgement and are not capable of infesting an emergencey procedure.

And to whatever Amira Smith did this: If Kaiser can be sued by Toxomom for millions in broaching privacy issues (ironically enough), why can't you be sued for eight counts of child endangerment? And Toxomom too since she permitted and instigated having this badly behaved troglodyte at the birth?
