It fits.

Trump is not qualified to be POTUS either! He is selecting only the "worst and the dimmest", because all of the Best and the Brightest think Trump is a stupid carnival barker and laugh at him.!

Do you Trumptawds understand that the

American Bar Association, has found this

Judge Candidate to be "not qualified"

practice law? With no (0) attention paid

to his Party affiliation or Political beliefs.

Yet you want him to serve as a Judge?

It's llike hiring your lawn guy to do your

next double by-pass procedure. Dumb!

He well understands the difference between being an advocate and being a jurist - one has to be slightly cagey in pushing his social views.

FD Roosevelt has non-lawyers on the US Supreme Court and Federal Courts. They were not considered unqualified. Grasz is an attorney and a good man. As much as people desire to deny the reality, the American Bar Association has become a politically oriented group.

IF your claim about FDR is true, and I haven't looked it up to know, does one person making a mistake justify another doing the same thing? I was under the impression that we are supposed to learn from the past, not mindlessly repeat it.

Nominees to the Supreme Court never had to be lawyers; they had to be qualified and present some pretense of objectivity. This guy seems to think his being a lawyer qualified him, that's his calling card, but he has no experience arguing in court or presiding over court.

The ABA ranks very, very few nominees to the bench as being not qualified.

As for FDR packing the Court, one would hope that in certain ways we have advanced in our overall standards since desegregation, but as usual our white supremacist [sic] shows many still live in the Reconstruction Era, if not pre Emancipation.

Trump says he knows best.

So don't question President Putin's choices for American Judicial appointments.
