This is my assessment of what happened
Im in California My wife is in Florida
She filed for welfare, Florida state asked her to name the father/s of her 2 children. She named me in an attempt to offset her own childsupport payments to me for our common children. I claim it a deliberate and malice act because in a seperate legal action of divorce she names another man as father.
Childsupport in my county and state acted upon the request from Florida.
The courts here on childsupport insistance tried to expedite this case violating my rights to a paternity test by not offering me one knowing i dispute the claim. I was served with a petition dated nov19, 2009 on dec15,2009 giving me only 4 days left to file a responce with the court, I may have unknowingly signed a paper 12/15/2009 saying i was served on nov19,2009. I filed anyways my responce despite the childsupport agency telling me to wait 2 weeks which wouldve made it more difficult for me than it already is to get a paternity test. They attempted to default judgement the paternity issue but i responded just in time. It seems however they erred in moving the case to the next level even though the time limit didnt expire for me to respond. They are calculating amount to be paid when paternity is still being challenged
