There seems to be a common theme with rich black punks and dog abuse. It must be a status and cultural thing. There should be a law against them owning dogs. An animal shouldnt have the legal right to own another animal.

he has dog charges against him? ugh i'm so over these people woh torture animals. someone needs to let them see what it feels like. ticks me off!! i hope he doesn't get off easy for this!
