Would it not be a good idea for the Giants of Hip-Hop (P-Diddy, Jay-Z, Russell Simmons etc) to just scrape up the loose change from thier Gucci-lined Escalades and buy the building for the $7 million asking price. They could keep the rents low and turn the rec-room into a Hip-Hop museum.
