I am a long time season ticket holder for the pops Thursday morning concerts. As much as I enjoy and miss these concerts, it's getting a little tiresome waiting for the announcement about concert cancellations and then having to contact the DSO office each and every time about how to handle the ticket refunds. We just seem to be moving from one deadline to another. At this point, I just want it to be over - either settle or cancel the season and let your subscribers off the hook for the dates of future concerts.
