You are very correct my friend, that is if they survive the winter. The contractors are suing to get paid for their work.

Like Dollywood this is another veneer of lies to try and cover the truth that Pigeon Forge is a drug and crime riddled hell hole. The chief of police's son hung and killed him self in the Sevier County Jail for his last drug bust.

The son of the former Police Chief of Gatlinburg just got indicted for theft over a 1,000.00 dollars.

Check us out at seviercorruption.com to see how really bad this cesspool is.

Ok Mikey "Gary", now clue them all in on your own sexual criminal record so they can realize you don't have a clue regarding anything in Pigeon Forge, you aren't even supposed to be within the city limits.

It's a big scam then went bust 3 weeks ago and the construction contractors are in litigation with the developers at the present. It will never open and no one will ever get a job. The unemployment is 14% right now and will hit 20% by January.
