Women Sue Dave Matthews, Driver Over 2004 Dumping

CHICAGO Two women who were on the Chicago River sightseeing boat in August of 2004 when human waste was dumped onto it from a Dave Matthews Band tour bus sued the band and the driver of the bus Monday.

Dude, there are people who like to pretend rock shows mean pathetic little EMO bands where the singers pretend not to be gay while kissing guys (??), and PUKE on people/stage during the performance for highlights (most of them think its "kewl"), and you think one accidental dumping is the grossest story ever?! Secondly, Dave claims to be and IS an environmentalist -- and that has no bearing on his non-descript, single-work-for-hire driver dumping feces on someone else over a bridge. You're like a child who wandered into a movie theatre, you have no frame of reference...

First of all you don't have all your facts straight. I would like you to say that to the 230 people that had to get a tetnis shot at the hospital. Eyewitness reports said it was a shower of "crap". Fathers, Mothers, children and grandparents were covered head to toe in kaka. The amount of bacteria in that toilet is unimaginable. These people were trying to enjoy a nice cruise on the river and some dumb bus driver didn't want to dump his toilet legally and thought "Hey why shouldn't I take the easy route and dump it in the city river (which the driver admitted)." So you make a reference to music stars who pretend to be gay and puke on stage on others as the same thing? The bus driver was an employee of Dave Matthews band so Dave should take responsibility. You speak of ideas as a frame of reference I think you should do your research before you start belittling others. I should know I was on that boat and your bus driver friend drove away like a little coward.

Regardless of whether or not Dave Matthews is responsible for the bus dumping incident, to this day I feel like taking a shower after hearing one of his songs. Yuck!
