They bleeped out What The F@#K. What's wrong with El Paso Times? Why would we associate Cheech and Chong with El Paso. Oh, it's because most of us are Mexican. What exacly is Magic Dust? How does that become relevent. And why is it ok to call ourselves "El Chuco"? Que corriente. We might not be the smelliest or the fattest but from reading the beginning of this article we can not be ok with these associations. Please Doug, stop!

You need to get a frickin' life. El Paso is, and always will be. El Chuco. It's certainly not an insult, unless you have an incredibly thin skin. The article provides a good description of Christmas-related events, and the writer accomplishes it with a local flavor.

Orale Doug. That's an El Chuco Crissmas. Thank you so much for your accurate description of what an El Paso Christmas is like. I listened to Cheech's version of the Twas the Night before Christmas growing up and Lalo Guerro's version too. Most of us ARE Mexican American in El Paso and that's just a reality some will have to get used to. There are also numerous Posadas schedules at churches throughout El Paso.

1. Rent the christmas lights from another city for $10 grand
2. Hire security to make sure they don't get stolen another $10 grand
3.Take them down before Christmas
