Danny, I have a son in Iraq and I thought you were a disgrace on The View. How dare you degrade our President in such an opportant time in our history.

I agree with you Kathy. I spent 14 months in Iraq. People like your son are the ones who give him the very right and freedom to say what they want and to live the way they do. He should appreciate that. God bless your son and thank you for what your son and your family are going thru.

Thanks to both of you. You, Dennis, and Kathy, your son are real heroes. It's unfortunate that so many in this country take our liberties for granted, or fail to understand what a blessing it is to live in a country like this. DD is just one example among many - perhaps he'll attract enough attention to showcase the antics of the Hollywood left

DeVito has a unique way of remaining charming even when he’s sauced. The audience ate it all up.- from http://blog.meevee.com/my_weblog/2006/11/dann...

Think his over all career will be affected in the long run?

Just because you have a son or daughter over there killing people doesn't make it right.

Its ok to admit your were wrong but to continue in spite of that, following an incompetant president is crazy. I praise Danny for speaking his mind at the best opportunity possible.

Sammy,
Excuse me, but are you implying it's alright for them to come here and kill people?
The Demo campaign rehtoric was talk to them. Ok, I agree there needs to be dialog. When the time is right. So far I haven't heard of one of the newly elected making reservations to Iraq.

Sammy when i was in Iraq i saw tons of good things happen and the Iraqi's appreciate their freedom. The liberal media and people like you don't care about that stuff. You just want to get President Bush. The terrorist that die in Iraq don't kill in Canada or the U.S. The civiliations that die in Iraq are killed by the terrorist. Kathy's son is fighting the terrorist so you don't have to. You should thank her.

over there is afghanistan. which, by the way, is slipping back to the taliban because of our concentration on iraq. iraq was not threatening us. they were not going to come over here. iraq had a tyrant dictator, but so does north korea, iran, syria, the sudan, most of central africa, and goddam venezuela. you want to go to war in ALL THOSE COUNTRIES?

i know it's hard to imagine your sons and daughters being send to the wrong war, but deal with it. being in iraq is not keeping it "over there." no matter how much you say it doesn't make it any more true. vietnam was the same way. we got out, and the war didn't "come over here."

What does Iraq and the soldiers there have to do with ANY of this.

What does your son have to do with the President? Do you understand that it is the Pres that sent him there irresponsibly. Have you come to the conclusion that the rest of humanity (all over the planet) got a long time ago that Iraq had nothing to do with your liberty? Bush's mistake in sending your son to Iraq and putting him in harms way SHOULD open him up for criticism. You should be leading the pack of critics. For goodness, its your son who is at risk yet you protect the person who put him at risk.

As far as civil liberties, it is they which allow Danny to say whatever he wants about the President. Iraq has nothing to do with them. Nor does it have anything to do with our freedom. Its like saying that a single ant has an affect on the quality of life of a lion. Stop the drama. We are the lion. Iraq does not affect our freem.

How did you ever make any of this connect? The rest of the world thinks we are dumb..... I wonder why?????

What would you know about war, what has Canada fought for! It's not if another attack will happen to us here, but when.
