I like Obama but I disagree with him and knock his foolish policy agenda (but on the other hand, I like some of his ideas). You just simply hate. Why are you so angry and why do you pick on other people who disagree with you?

I'll try to give you a civil response. You often misinterpret my wisecracks for the fun of it as hate. Generally speaking, I don't hate people, but I do passionately hate ideas that I find offensive or obnoxious, especially from "patriots" who I believe have no right to use the term. The America I hold dear is a country that creates a level playing field for everyone. I can detect nothing in right wing ideology that fosters that objective.

In all your criticisms of me, you are inaccurate in almost every respect, often to a point where those criticisms seem laughably bizarre. At the other extreme, speaking of hate, you have tried to insult members of my family.(Don't ask me to cite specifics because I won't go through the effort needed to do so.) These "insults" have struck me as so unhinged, I have not taken them personally. Further, your use of the term "libtard" is both juvenile and hurtful to the mentally retarded, which is no laughing matter.

As to bullying, there are those who view you that way. I cannot recall one post of yours (among those I have actually read) that does not include personal insults, either to me or to others you have heaped your tirades upon.

Finally, you need to understand that I am proudly liberal, because that ideology comes closest to caring and doing something about the things that matter to me. You should understand that all the anti-liberal ravings I read on Topix only serve to convince me that I am on the right side.

There's a difference between a word and a number, and you need to remember that probably most of us were brought up to make an effort.
